Compliance Manager

Eaton House Belgravia educates boys aged 2-11 whilst Eaton House The Manor incorporates a co-educational nursery, 4-8 and 8-13 boys’ schools and 4-11 girls’ school. The Compliance Manager will be a key member of a small, high-performing team and will have oversight of the compliance function across a prestigious group of Independent schools.

They will have responsibility for a wide range of compliance functions, including our school policies and keeping up to date with key changes in legislation. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the school performs to the highest standard in inspections and organise and implement training for all staff.

Eaton House Schools is looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude to join their team of support staff for an immediate start. The Compliance Manager will perform their function across five schools that operate across two sites and get involved with every aspect of compliance.

This role is ideal for someone with Independent school experience.
