Essentials:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Science
  • British teaching qualification (PGCE, Bed, or SCITT)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • English Level C2 or IELTS 8.5
  • Experience with the English National Curriculum

Desirables:

  • Previous international school experience
  • Experience working with children who speak English as an Additional Language
  • Right to work in the EU
  • Experience with the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme)

Candidates Must Be Able to Demonstrate:

  • Implementation of the Curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5 classes
  • Knowledge of current initiatives and developments in the UK
  • Effective lesson planning and delivery
  • Use of assessment data to track progress and promote learning
  • Strong classroom management and pastoral care skills
  • Knowledge of child protection procedures
  • Confidence in IT skills for administrative and teaching tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver the Cambridge Programme
  • Liaise with teachers at other campuses to ensure consistency
  • Assist the School Director with Cambridge Curriculum administration
  • Plan and organize educational trips and visits
  • Maintain accurate records of assessment, attendance, and performance
  • Support and work collegially with the whole school team
  • Communicate with parents regarding their children's academic progress and pastoral matters
  • Participate in wider school activities, including after-school programs and events

Please note that non-EU citizens will have to obtain Visa type D before relocating to Poland. This includes a work permit procedure that can take up to 5 months.
