All Saints Church of England Academy was graded as a ‘Good’ Church School in our most recent SIAMS Inspection in November 2021, a judgement that affirms our journey of rapid school improvement.

Founded by a partnership between the Diocese of Salisbury and Ambitions Academies Trust in June 2019, All Saints values every child in a school community that is grounded in Christian values.

Pupils follow a broad and balanced curriculum to reach their full personal potential. All pupils can study the full EBACC curriculum and can access a range of high-quality vocational courses.

We also deliver a broad and balanced PSHE offer that helps young people understand the contributions that they will be able to make in modern Britain. Alongside this, an inspirational careers programme that looks to broaden students’ horizons is embedded across all year groups.

We work closely with our educational partners – our multi-academy trust sponsor, Ambitions Academies Trust – and the Salisbury Diocesan Board of Education, both of whom work strategically with the senior leadership team to ensure rapid and sustainable improvement at the academy.

As a church school, we work under the guiding principle of “Deeply Christian, for the Common Good.” Pupils have regular opportunities to engage in collective worship, will study RE at Key Stage 4 and develop a strong understanding of the Christian faith as well as other major world views and religions.

Vision

Our vision is to “Act Wisely, Build Community and Help Others.”

Teachers, therefore, seek to support and challenge pupils of all academic abilities through inspirational and dynamic lessons.

Our pastoral support aims to foster pupils’ self-belief, determination, resilience and a respect for others through our tutor and assembly programme.

Our extra-curricular offer promotes a wide range of opportunities at a local, national and international level.
