Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on the lives of young learners? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to support students in their learning journey and maintain a productive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers
Manage student behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and maintain continuity in students’ education
Provide support to students with their learning needs and foster their engagement
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure effective classroom management
The successful applicant will be a strong team player, committed to the College’s ethos of high expectation and will seek to apply the College’s value system, known as Heart Values, into the work of the centre.
