We are looking to recruit a Curriculum Coordinator who is passionate about developing innovative and alternative curriculum designs for pupils with SEMH and ASC needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Meadow Bridge School, part of the Spaghetti Bridge group, set in the beautiful town of Cricklade, Meadow Bridge is a newly developed and well resourced school that supports around 45 students.
At Spaghetti Bridge, we celebrate our unique three stage curriculum approach to learning, which embeds the necessary 21st century skills that our children need in order to lead fulfilling lives in a fast changing society.
Our creative, individualised approach to learning, is centred around well-being and skills for independence. From the time our students arrive, we start thinking about where students will be moving to after they leave us to ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed.
We understand the importance of building meaningful relationships with pupils and families to nurture growth and development of relational milestones such as, building trust and sharing enjoyment. Care and making connections are at the heart of our ethos and we work hard to ensure that all staff feel cared for too.
The Curriculum Coordinator will work with the Senior Leadership Team to determine and quality assure the strategic development of all aspects of curriculum delivery, including the development and quality assurance of the initial assessment and baselining of potential students. They will also develop and quality assure individualised programmes of delivery for new students.
