We are looking for someone to drive the Business Studies department for KS4 forward due to an increased number of students taking this option.

We are looking for a vibrant and innovative teacher to:

• Deliver and implement an effective, evidence-informed curriculum.
• Foster a learning environment that motivates and enthuses students.
• Contribute to raising student achievement in the department.
• Work collaboratively with members of the department.

• Possess a high-quality degree in a related subject area.
• Have a genuine passion for the subject and the ability to ignite this in students. Set and maintain high expectations and aspirations for all students.
