Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our middle leadership team as  Curriculum Leader for Science.  This post is suitable for a teacher ready to take their first steps into a leadership role. The successful candidate will be well supported in their transition into the school and this role, with support from our Trust Curriculum Lead for Science. 


A new Headteacher joined the school in January 2024 with an exciting vision for a small school at the heart of its community. Staff and students alike value the team approach and positive relationships which the school fosters.

Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is a small but growing community secondary school serving the families of South Oxfordshire and North Reading.

The school joined Maiden Erlegh Trust in August 2018 and are on a journey of improvement.
