At the Bishopton School site we are looking to appoint a highly motivated Curriculum Manager, to support the Head of Centre in the effective management and smooth operational running of Bishopton PRU.
You will support curriculum teams, providing clear vision and leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning for all our students, as well as leading on specific areas of whole school responsibility as directed by the Head of Centre.

The ideal candidate will have:
· A proven track record of driving improvement in teaching and learning and delivering outstanding outcomes as a teacher or manager in an educational setting.
· Experience of taking a lead role for a department or theme during an Ofsted Inspection.
· Knowledge, understanding and experience of aspects of alternative and high needs provision, including SEMH.
· Extensive experience of managing and motivating staff.
· Experience of effective leadership in education.
· Experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders such as partner schools, employers and parents

You will need a high level of resilience and a commitment to working as part of an emotionally intelligent team to support vulnerable children.
