Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Subject Lead for Dance to lead an expansion of Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar’s Dance programme. Dance is entering an exciting phase at the school with the overall aim for it to be firmly established as a vibrant and central part of our offering in Performing Arts, alongside Music and Drama.
Applicants are expected to hold at least 2 years’ relevant experience in their teaching subject and the British National Curriculum, with strong IT skills. Teachers are also expected to engage fully in the life of the school.

About Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar
KTJ is a thriving, not-for-profit international, day and boarding school set in the beautiful Malaysian countryside, an hour’s drive south of Kuala Lumpur. The School was established in 1991 and caters to more than 1,000 students aged 3 to 19. The Primary School, which opened in 2013, follows the English National Curriculum in English and mathematics, alongside the International Primary Curriculum; while the Secondary School prepares students for IGCSEs and A Levels. Most students go on to study at UK universities.
