We are seeking to appoint a Data and Analytics Leader, who will work at a strategic level as part of the ACET central team. The post-holder will take a lead role in developing and delivering a Trust-wide data, analytics and reporting strategy. They will manage the implementation of, and develop the effective use of, management information systems (MIS) throughout the Trust to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Trust resources. The Data and Analytics Leader will be responsible for ensuring metrics on KPIs linked to all curriculum and business areas are reported to the Board of Trustees, and ensuring accurate and timely data is available to leaders to drive improvement.
The successful candidate will work as part of ACET’s central team in a collaborative and supportive working environment, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, working closely with the rest of the central and strategic teams, Principals and other colleagues as appropriate. They will take line management responsibility for data/timetabling colleagues in the Trust as appropriate. It is likely that the post-holder will be primarily based in the central office in Swallownest, Sheffield, although will need to attend different ACET sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, able to communicate at a strategic level, and will have significant experience of working with school/academy data through a wide range of systems.

Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check at the appropriate level.
