An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, innovative and experienced Data and Assessment Analyst to start as soon as possible to be part of our data and exams team. The successful candidate will work alongside the senior team and be responsible for providing clear, concise and insightful information that enables improved performance by individuals and the school as a whole.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about data and can work well with people, thrive under pressure and has a desire to make a genuine difference to young people.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, be a strong team player, have a flexible approach and must be able to prioritise their workload to meet specific deadlines. You will lead, manage and support all aspects of data including information, assessment and internal examinations ensuring that an efficient, effective and proactive service is provided. To enable and facilitate access to information and reporting mechanisms for all staff, by creating new formats and solutions.

Excellent numerical, interpersonal and communication skills, alongside the relevant experience of working with data is essential. This is a critical role which impacts directly on the experience of our students. You will not only deliver data but the information needed to help pinpoint where students need the most help at any stage of their education.

Previous experience of working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
