Job overview
Assist with the preparation of the Exam hall and administration procedures before and after examinations. Help to organize students at the start and end of each exam, checking registers against scripts and ensuring candidates have the right paper. Ensure that the conduct of the exam takes place within the guidelines set down. To ensure candidates receive support with regards to access arrangements, including reading and scribing for students.
1. Manage data required by the school for external and internal use.
2. Maintenance of accurate assessment and reporting data within the school MIS database.
3. Lead on and provide administrative and clerical support for all aspects of business services, but specifically within Data, Assessment and Recording.
Carry out a range of additional duties that may arise from time-to-time in accordance with the nature of the role and level of responsibility.

This is a Term-Time only plus 4-weeks position which will be for 43 weeks of the year and for 37 hrs per week.
Pro-rata salary for this role is £31,640.33 to £34,159.82.
