Your new school
Gretton School is an independent specialist school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, specifically high functioning autism and Asperger’s Syndrome. We welcome students from 5—19 years old, as weekly boarders or as day students. Based just outside Cambridge, we work with 12 counties to provide a broad and individualised education for these unique and wonderful students.
Your new role
We are seeking a motivated Data and Timetabling Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. Key duties to include; Reporting on student development and progress with responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of school reports in relation to data, setting up and making ongoing adjustments to timetables across the school and coordinate cover staff in the event of staff absence.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to work to tight deadlines and support others to do the same. You will support staff in classrooms while they deliver assessment activities and may be required to deliver training on matters relating to data and standardised assessment. You will have knowledge of a range of different school data systems, including MIS, Progress and Data tracking, timetabling and assessments or an aptitude and willingness to learn. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with people on all levels, and to follow instructions accurately, but make sound judgements when required. You must also possess the motivation to work with children and young people.
