Job overview
We are seeking candidate with a love of all things data to support our educational provision at CFS.
The role will entail managing the administration and maintenance of the school’s management information system (Arbor), ensuring all data is kept up to date and supporting the teachers and leadership in the provision of accurate assessment data.
The role is full or part time (minimum 30 hours per week), term time plus an additional 3 weeks non term time (37 weeks in total). We can be flexible with start /finish time during the school day.
Whilst candidates do not necessarily need experience with Arbor, experience or aptitude for working with databases is essential. This is a standalone role, but part of a wider friendly administrative support and ICT team, also working closely with the leadership team.

Cobham Free School is a publicly-funded, co-educational free school which opened its Junior phase in September 2012 and changed to all-through status (4-18 years) in September 2014, opening a sixth form in September 2019. The school admits pupils from Reception to Year 13.
