Successful applicants need to;

• Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership potential as well as providing evidence of impact
• Have had some Cambridge International Examination or IB experience
• Be highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, young people, and families
• Have vision, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm to develop others leaders within school
• Be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues
• Be committed to the safeguarding of young people.
