We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, emotionally intelligent and approachable leader with proven experience of working in Senior or Middle Leadership. The Deputy Head Pastoral holds day-to-day responsibility for providing exceptional pastoral care to the children and staff in the School and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

We are looking for a senior leader who has proven experience of working as part of a Senior Management Team, or as a Middle Leader to provide strategic leadership for all pastoral systems within the school and to be the Designated Safeguarding Lead, promoting the welfare of every child within the school and ensuring that a culture of safeguarding exists throughout the school.
