Role Overview
As a Deputy Head Teacher responsible for quality of education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience and leading our school towards academic excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality of teaching and learning, implement effective strategies for student success, and drive continuous improvement in educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for enhancing the quality of education across the school.
- Curriculum Oversight: Lead curriculum planning and assessment to ensure that teaching aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of all learners.
- Staff Development: Mentor and support teachers through professional development programs, ensuring high-quality teaching practices.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes, using data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with parents, the local community, and educational authorities to foster a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the school meets regulatory requirements and maintains accreditation standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
