Deputy Head teacher, Salary range: Leadership scale points L23-L27

Full-time, To commence January 2023

 Little Heath School is a secondary special school for pupils aged 11-19 with learning difficulties and complex needs located in pleasant leafy surroundings on the edge of the London Borough of Redbridge.

We are seeking an Deputy Head teacher who will currently be an outstanding middle leader with experience, vision and enthusiasm to lead, manage and inspire students and staff and who will support the Headteacher with the leadership and management of the school.

You must also be passionate about teaching and learning and committed to high expectations and improved outcomes for all pupils. 

You must also be a credible leader who thinks and acts strategically and with a high level of motivation and commitment. If this sounds like you, then this is for you.
