The Person
We are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative to join our hardworking, supportive team.
You will be able to demonstrate:
· A proven record of successful leadership within a primary school.
· An in-depth knowledge of teaching and learning, curriculum and current issues
facing the education system.
· The ability to operate strategically and systematically, whilst always exhibiting
commitment to the vision and values of the school.
· A previous track record of effectively working in partnership with parents, school
staff and outside agencies.
· An up to date professional development record.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of emotional
intelligence.
· The ability to tend to the pastoral as well as the academic needs of our pupils.
· A relentless drive for the highest standards across all aspects of the curriculum for
all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL and those entitled to pupil premium.
· A commitment to safeguarding all children and adults.
