Due to the promotion of our previous Deputy Headteacher to Headship, applications are invited from practising and committed Catholics for the post of Deputy Headteacher at St Thomas More Catholic School.

 

We are wishing to recruit an outstanding leader to join our successful leadership team at Deputy Head level. This position will play a significant role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and working with the School Leadership Team to improve outcomes for all. Specific roles & responsibilities will be agreed with the successful candidate.

 

Our school aims to provide a stimulating and encouraging environment within which students can attain the highest standards of which they are capable, and to assist them in taking their place in the world outside school in a useful and fulfilling career, with a firm sense of Christian commitment. We are strongly committed to the education of the whole child and being ‘the principal means of helping parents to fulfil their role in education’ [Code of Canon Law: 796].
