The Governors of Greatfield Park Primary School are seeking to appoint an ambitious, inspirational, and energetic Deputy Headteacher to support our new Headteacher’s vision. We are looking for applications from outstanding practitioners with proven leadership experience, a passion for high quality teaching and learning and the ability to inspire others.
This is a superb opportunity for an inspirational and experienced leader who is passionate about driving high standards of teaching and learning. This is a role that involves supporting the new Headteacher in raising standards and improving outcomes for the children, staff and the community of Greatfield Park Primary School.
Our new Deputy Headteacher will:
• Lead on developing high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
• Have a minimum of 0.4 teaching commitment within their own class.
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner, effectively meeting the needs of all children.
• Have the leadership qualities to inspire others and impact on whole-school improvement.
• Have high expectations of themselves, staff and pupils and be fully committed to promoting excellence and high standards in all aspects of school life.
• Be supportive, open and transparent in their approach.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and build positive working relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
• Develop the staff team through collaborative and research based professional development.
• Be enthusiastic and energetic, resourceful and resilient.
