Deputy Headteacher

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and motivated leader to join our team as Deputy Headteacher.

Position title: Deputy Headteacher 

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £57,770 - £63,389 per annum inc. Outer London Weighting (L9 – L13)

Start date: September 2023

Nestled in the northern part of the London Borough of Hillingdon, Warrender Primary School is a welcoming school in Ruislip with a friendly atmosphere and an excellent reputation. 

Nearing end of an ambitious expansion plan, with extensive building work we are moving from a one-form to a two-form entry school. The Headteacher and Governing Body are looking to appoint an aspiring Deputy Headteacher to join and build upon the school’s current success alongside the school community. 

The successful candidate will play a lead role in establishing a culture that promotes excellence, equality, and high expectations for all pupils.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Current successful teaching experience of at least 5 years. 
• Experience of successfully leading and management of a curriculum area and whole school projects.
• A clear understanding of the delivery of KS1 and KS2 SATS. 
• The ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues and pupils to achieve their potential.
