Following the retirement of our current post holder, Deanesfield Primary School are currently looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who:

  •  Has a deep understanding and love of learning and teaching
  •  Has a proven track record of leading and having impact across the school
  • Has a deep knowledge of how children learn best and the skills to nurture and mentor teachers to become the best leaders in the classroom.
  •  Has a passion for developing inclusive teaching practice to improve outcomes for all pupils
  • Is creative, solution focused and forward thinking
  • Is resilient and a positive role model for both staff and pupils
  • Is aspirational for our learning community
