At Meden we believe that all of our young people deserve the best standard of education. Our aim is very simple, to be recognised as a transformational school in every aspect. We believe that the culture of achievement we have created in our school, encourages our students to strive for success, through hard work, determination and ambition.
We are now looking to recruit a Deputy Headteacher who will provide the highest standards of leadership and management to help us in our mission to move from ‘good to transformational’ and ensure that we achieve excellence in all areas of the school’s work.

Specifically, the post-holder will: have strategic leadership of behaviour, standards, diversity and inclusion across the school; be the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The successful candidate will have experience of whole school leadership, successful teaching experience in raising student achievement and experience of leading whole school strategic change which raises standards of learning and behaviour
