About the role: 

 

We are looking for an ambitious Deputy Headteacher, with a minimum of 3 years senior leadership experience and a substantial track record of success, to further develop the outstanding quality of education we provide for all our students. The successful candidate will be skilled in change management, building confidence and motivating colleagues through high quality professional development and CPD. 

  

This role is pivotal to the school’s continued success, and to securing ‘Good’ at the next inspection and includes responsibility for: curriculum provision; the quality of teaching, learning and assessment; academic outcomes and quality assurance.
