We are looking for an ambitious Deputy Headteacher, with a minimum of 3 years senior leadership experience and a substantial track record of success in raising academic standards, to further develop the outstanding quality of education we provide for all our students. Progress 8 has been well above national average for the last 8 years. In 2023 it was in the top 16% of all schools nationally. A level results are consistently ALPS 3 or higher. A level APS in 2023 was in the top 18% of all schools nationally. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that our exceptionally high standards are not simply maintained but taken to the next level. This role is pivotal to the school’s continued success and includes responsibility for: curriculum provision; the quality of teaching, learning and assessment; academic outcomes and quality assurance.
This vacancy has arisen due to the promotion of the current postholder and will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic platform for Headship.
