Deputy Headteacher - Quality of Education

Following our recent successful OFSTED (‘Good’ June 2023) and our students’ continued successes with both GCSE and A-Level Examination results we are seeking to recruit a Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education) with the skills, expertise and passion to play a crucial role in supporting Aldersley High School on its next steps of our exciting journey. This is a new role and provides an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with a proven track record of driving standards in Teaching & Learning, Curriculum Development or Assessment. Aldersley High School is a vibrant and successful 11-18 comprehensive school with a thriving ever expanding Sixth Form trust wide provision on site. ·       Is able to work well collaboratively in terms of strategy, planning, preparation and development.

·       Is committed to our vision.

·       Plays a pivotal role in moving the school from good to great.
