We are looking to appoint a forward-thinking, hardworking and ambitious Deputy Headteacher with a proven track record as an outstanding leader who will add value and contribute to the smooth operation and strategic direction of this well-established, successful school. The successful candidate will be principally responsible for the leadership of the school’s outstanding 6th form provision, however, the role will involve significant strategic input. As a member of SLT, the successful candidate will play an important role in the overall leadership and management of the school. The ideal candidate would be determined, enthusiastic, ambitious and an excellent practitioner.
This is an exciting and challenging position which will provide the opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to put their skills into practice to contribute to the development of the school. The ideal candidate will have the motivation and drive to develop towards a Headship in due course.
