Loreto Grammar School is an 11-18 Roman Catholic Grammar School for Girls with Academy status located in Altrincham, in the Borough of Trafford. It is a thriving, successful and over-subscribed school, judged as “Outstanding” by Ofsted and by the Diocese of Shrewsbury.
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an outstanding colleague with substantial and successful leadership experience. The Deputy Headteacher will be committed to the development of the ethos and values of the school and will be a proactive member of the leadership team.

About Loreto Grammar School
Loreto Grammar School is a selective Roman Catholic girls' secondary with sixth form, situated in Altrincham, Cheshire. It is supported by a single-academy trust, the Loreto Grammar School Trust, and is part of a network of 120 Loreto schools across the world, with strong links to international schools in countries such as India, Australia and Germany. It provides a total of 1,040 places for students aged 11-18.
The school was founded in 1909 by the Sisters of Loreto, and assumed academy status in August 2012.
