We are looking to appoint a full time skilled and minimum level 3 qualified Deputy Nursery Manager for our busy nursery in Oxted town centre. Our Nursery is within easy walking distance of Oxted train station, which has excellent links to East Croydon and London.
Working as part of our management team the Deputy Nursery Manager (Curriculum) will be responsible for overseeing the educational aspects of the nursery, ensuring high-quality teaching, and learning experiences for children. This role involves staff training, mentoring, curriculum development, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with 6 weeks annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.
