About the Position
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, All Year Round, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Salary: based on expereince
Start Date: Flexible with Immediate Start Available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
- Supervising and supporting and staff development
- Assisting with training and appraisals
What you will need:
- Minimum level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
- Confidence in leading and supporting a team
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
