Aiglon College seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Deputy School Director to join the school from: August 2025. 

The Deputy School Director is a key management and leadership position in the school, and is a pivotal member of the School Council (the leadership team). The Deputy School Director manages all academic aspects of the school as well as overseeing the leadership of all of the character education provisions (including, but not limited to, sports, expeditions, trips and visits, music, drama, and the extensive activities programme).


The Deputy School Director deputises for the School Director as and when required.


Additionally, the role is an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), working alongside the School Director, CFO/COO, and other Deputy School Director. (The other Deputy School Director leads and manages school safeguarding, wellbeing and boarding functions.)


Candidates are expected to fully contribute to staff and student wellbeing across all aspects of our curriculum.
