Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy SENDCo to support the strategic leadership of our SEND provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that all pupils with special educational needs receive the support they need to thrive.
Working closely with the SENDCo, you will contribute to the development and implementation of interventions, oversee the provision for pupils with EHCPs, and support staff in delivering high-quality inclusive education. You will also play an active role in leading the SEND team, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual with a strong understanding of SEND best practices, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
