Hours: 37 hours – Term Time plus 2 weeks

This is a varied role which will involve providing teaching colleagues with equipment and resources to enable teaching staff and students to undertake practical activities within lessons. You will be required to work in accordance with strict health and safety guidance and procedures ensuring that a healthy, safe and productive learning and teaching environment is maintained.

A calm, friendly and helpful manner is essential as is the ability to adapt and be flexible to the requirements of the Department. Technical or practical experience in an appropriate discipline would be desirable, with training provided where necessary.

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects its entire staff to share this commitment. All post-holders will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), including a Children’s Barred List check for post carrying out a regulated activity.
