Digital Marketing Apprentice

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Marketing Team for a Digital Marketing Apprentice. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the candidate will work alongside the Marketing Team and the wider Central Services teams, supporting the delivery of effective communications and marketing activities to a range of audiences.

We are looking for a motivated, flexible and resilient individual who is keen to learn and is ready for a challenge. No prior marketing experience is necessary, as you will complete an online Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with the training provider Apprentify. Upon successful completion you will achieve a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to A-Level / NVQ level 3) along with the opportunity of joining the Trust as a Full-Time Permanent Digital Marketing Assistant.

The Communications and Marketing team work with the schools across the Trust to develop professional and coherent brand guidelines, to deliver effective communication to a range of stakeholders. Services include social media management, website content, external communications, stakeholder engagement, event management, graphic design and crisis communications.

Our Apprenticeship schemes provide a perfect way to earn a wage while you gain vital work experience and a nationally recognised qualification. You will be fully supported and mentored through your apprenticeship and be given protected time to complete online coursework and assessments. The scheme is designed for individuals who are living and entitled to work in England and are not in full-time education. • Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Commitment to complete all learning within the required timescales
