This is a truly exciting time to be joining the Haberdashers’ Monmouth family, as the School moves to a fully co-educational model from September 2024. Through the support of the Haberdashers’ Company and the strength of the William Jones endowment, the School has invested significantly in its fabric to create first-class, contemporary facilities which will deliver a distinctive education for years to come.  The Haberdashers’ Advantage programme and the four pillars of Sport, Performing Arts, Design and Textiles and Sustainability combine now to create a unique provision, providing its students with an education that stays with them for life.

The Executive Head is now looking to appoint a new Director of Admissions and Marketing to bring together the Admissions and Marketing functions to ensure the image and messaging of the School is both compelling and impactful. This person will spearhead significant growth to the HMS enrolment, particularly in the boarding market, both nationally and internationally. The Director of Admissions and Marketing will report to the Executive Head and sit on the School’s Executive Team, working closely with other senior leaders and the Board of Governors towards the School’s ambitious aims and objectives.

This role requires a high-calibre professional who can demonstrate established and effective leadership skills combined with an extensive marketing, admissions or marketing-led sales background and with a commitment to the very highest standards.  The successful candidate will be a natural relationship-builder with the capacity to work with teaching and non-teaching colleagues alike to help create the future student body and spread awareness of Haberdashers’ Monmouth School’s distinctive strengths, USPs and achievements. This person will be dynamic and tenacious in their approach and wholly committed to helping to lead the school community into its next chapter.
