Job overview
We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Education practitioner to join us as Director of Education at an exciting stage of development for the Group.
This is an exciting and challenging position which would suit an ambitious and high calibre senior leader with experience in a variety of International school organisational settings. The successful candidate will have, ideally, experience of directing and supporting education development in a multi-school organisation.
This role will have a flexible start date to be agreed. Please state your availability within your application.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for formulating and delivering the education strategy for the Group, through oversight and development of high-quality education, attainment, standards and quality assurance, safeguarding and wellbeing in Group schools.
You will also act as Regional Head of Schools for a small cohort of designated Schools from the Group, providing direct line management and support to the Principals of these schools.
You will be capable of working collaboratively as part of a high-performing senior executive team, committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning. You will inspire others to drive continuous improvement and will have a proven track-record of delivering strong educational improvements through quality management systems, making use of data, and facilitating the sharing of good practice.
