Located in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, we are a dynamic learning community with an impressive reputation for excellence. Our 1,530 students aged 4-18 enjoy a rich educational experience which inspires a love of learning and confidence for life.

We now seek an outstanding advancement professional to join our school as Kellett’s inaugural Director of Fundraising and Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our success as we enter an ambitious new chapter. Our new Principal and CEO, Paul Tough, joined us in April 2024 and we are embarking on the creation of a bold new strategy for our development over the next decade. Reporting directly to the Principal and CEO, the new Director of Fundraising and Partnerships will be an important addition to our high performing Senior Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role in enabling us to achieve our ambitions. The development of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, the launch of a major capital campaign, and securing philanthropic support for the bursaries, outreach and curriculum innovation programmes of the Kellett Foundation will be among the key priorities for our new Director.

A highly motivated self-starter, the Director of Fundraising and Partnerships will bring initiative, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit to growing fundraising at Kellett. A track record of effective philanthropic engagement is essential and experience of successful fundraising campaigns. Our new Director will be an ambitious and compelling advocate for Kellett, with a clear ability to communicate effectively with a breadth of stakeholders from a broad range of cultures and countries, including those at very senior levels. Experience in the education sector is not essential and we welcome interest from fundraising professionals from a variety of sector backgrounds. All candidates will bring a passion for education and the role and value of international schools in society.
