We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to become Director of Learning & Teaching (DLT), starting in the Trinity Term 2024 (negotiable).

Applications from practising Catholics are particularly welcome.  

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the DLT will work closely with the Headteacher and Class Teachers to innovate and to raise standards of attainment. The DLT will take a leading role in developing School strategy and creating the School Development Plan. The primary focus of this role is to support, guide, and monitor teaching and learning across the School, fostering excellence and innovation while ensuring the best outcomes for all pupils.

The DLT will also hold the role of Class Teacher in Year 5/6 and is expected to model best practices in pedagogy, including digital learning. Candidates must have a proven track record of academic leadership, exceptional teaching skills, and a strong commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos of the School. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive academic excellence and make a significant impact on the educational journey of our pupils.
