At Initio Learning Trust, we are seeking a driven and visionary Director of Secondary Maths to join our growing and improving group of secondary schools and help us realise our ambitious vision for education.
This role will be based across our Trust secondary schools - locations to include Wimborne, Broadstone and Bridport.
As a key member of our leadersip team, you will work closely with a team of subject directors, led by the Director of Education (Secondary), to:
- Lead subject-specific improvement work that empowers departments to improve student progress and attainment across the trust.
- Raise standards in Maths by delivering strategic curriculum leadership, high-quality CPD, and targeted support.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to teaching, learning, and assessment, while developing and aligning curricula across all secondary schools in the trust.
- Teach your subject in one of our trust schools, modelling outstanding teaching.
The salary quoted above shows the provisional range for L11 to L15, assuming 5.5% uplift for 2024 - 2025. (The current salary range is £60,466 - £66,628.)
This job is full time and offered on a permanent basis.
Approximate start: January 2025.
