This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated person to make a positive impact within Selby College. This is a new role, created as part of the growth strategy, which brings together all aspects of the student experience.
The successful candidate will be a key part of the strategic leadership of the college.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- The delivery of a unified service to further education students that will include all aspects of advice and support at every stage of a student’s experience of the college from application through to progression to Year 2, Further or Higher Education, or employment.
- A coherent marketing strategy that will aim to grow the 16 – 18 student numbers year on year
Aspects of provision that fall within the scope of this position include:
- marketing,
- admissions,
- student support and welfare,
- enrichment,
- careers guidance,
- bursaries,
- UCAS.
This post, and the services for which it is responsible, are critical in:
- Helping students achieve their potential, to enjoy their college experience and to prepare for a rewarding and fulfilling future.
