International Teachers Scale – Competitive (net) Salary

We require a forward-thinking outstanding and skilled Director of Teaching and Learning, who shares a common passion for teaching and learning, improving provision and outcomes for children

Successful applicants need to:

a) demonstrate an excellent leadership record and provide evidence of impact;

b) be highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, children, and families;

c) show a commitment to and enjoyment of teaching and coaching;

d) have a vision, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm to develop leaders and teachers in the school

e) be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues; and

f) be committed to the safeguarding of children.
