Working location: Rupert House School, Henley

Hours Salary & Benefits:

Hours: 8am - 6pm. Mon - Fri. Fixed term contract over school holiday periods.

Staff will be contacted in advance of each holiday period to confirm availability

Salary: £12 per hour (21 and over) £9 per hour (20 and under)

We are hiring seasonal staff to work during some of, or all of the UK School Holidays: February Half Term, Easter, May Half Term, Summer, October Half Term, Christmas.

  • To be responsible for the overall wellbeing and happiness of the children in your care.
  • To help deliver a program of daily activities suitable for the age range of the children in a safe environment.
  • To promote the ethos of Discover Activity Camps, providing an exceptional role model to children in your care.
  • Promotion of exceptional safeguarding practices at all times, including awareness or recording and reporting procedure in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy.
  • To be responsible for the security of the premises in which activities are undertaken.
  • To ensure that buildings and rooms are adequately secured upon departure through the use of door codes and locks.
  • Provide a friendly welcome to all holiday club attendees, meeting and greeting parents, signing children in at the start of the day and out at the end of the day.
  • Accompanying children around the site to different activities, supervising lunch and supervising open play sessions.
