- Teach IB DP and MYP English Language & Literature: Deliver engaging lessons on key topics in English Language & Literature, in line with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) curriculum and IB Middle Years Pogramme (MYP) curriculum.
- Develop Lesson Plans and Resources: Create well-structured, dynamic lesson plans and educational resources tailored to the needs of IB students, ensuring alignment with the IB's educational philosophy.
- Assess Student Performance: Evaluate students’ understanding through a variety of assessment methods, including assignments, case studies, exams, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Encourage students to analyze real-world business scenarios, apply theoretical concepts, and develop critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Support Internal and External Assessments: Assist students in preparing for internal assessments (such as the business extended essay or internal assessments) and external examinations, ensuring understanding of the assessment criteria.
- Foster International Mindedness: Incorporate global perspectives into lessons, helping students understand the interconnectivity of business in a global context.
- Encourage Collaborative Learning: Facilitate group projects, debates, and discussions to promote teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ensure Effective Communication with Parents: Regularly update parents on student progress, academic achievements, and areas for improvement through meetings and reports.
