Edmonton County School is looking for an inspiring and motivating specialist EAL teacher to work within the large dynamic inclusion faculty.
The successful candidate will have a track record of motivating and engaging EAL students as well as the ability to assess learners and develop personalised curriculum programmes appropriate to their needs. The successful candidate will also have experience of advising mainstream teachers on how best to meet the needs of EAL learners in the classroom, and delivering related CPDL. Experience of working with learners with SEND would be an advantage.

Edmonton County School is a co-educational, non-denominational, community all-through school in Enfield, Middlesex. The school is split across two campuses, with the primary phase located on Bury Street and the secondary facilities on Great Cambridge Road. There are about 1,687 children aged 4-18 on the school roll, 278 of whom attend the sixth form.
