We are seeking a well-qualified Early Learning School Teacher with a passion for teaching young pupils aged 3-5 to join us in August 2025.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage and Motivate Students: Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons tailored to early learners, fostering a love for learning.
  • Support Individual Growth: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children, ensuring that every student is challenged and supported to grow.
  • Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where young learners feel confident and secure.
  • Promote Play-Based Learning: Use play-based and hands-on activities to encourage children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Monitor and Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing feedback to guide future learning.
  • Foster Social and Emotional Growth: Help children develop key social and emotional skills, such as teamwork, sharing, and empathy.
  • Integrate Technology in Teaching: Use modern educational technology to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication to support student growth.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow educators to share resources, strategies, and best practices, contributing to a collaborative teaching environment.
  • Participate in School Activities: Be actively involved in the broader life of the school, including participating in school events and extra-curricular activities.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Relevant Degree in Early Childhood Education: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with solid academic credentials.
  • Deep Knowledge of Child Development: A solid understanding of early childhood development to foster a holistic approach to learning.
  • Experience in Early Years Education: Proven experience teaching young children aged 3-5, with a focus on engaging, play-based learning.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent classroom management and organizational abilities to create a structured, safe learning environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confidence in using modern technology to enhance teaching and learning, integrating digital tools where appropriate.
  • Commitment to Student Welfare: A genuine focus on student well-being, ensuring that students feel supported socially, emotionally, and academically.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and the broader school community to support student development.
  • Positive Attitude and Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to personal and professional development, embracing feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
