A well-established Health & Social Care curriculum area within Seevic College are seeking an Early Years Assessor. This role will be shared between our Health and Social Care Department, and our Apprenticeships Department.
Ideally you will have:
- A TAQA or A1 qualification
- A good level of English and Maths equivalent to Level 2
- Excellent subject knowledge within Early Years
- The ability to engage different learners through a range of assessment strategies
You will also be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability and desire to motivate students and provide a stimulating, demanding and rewarding learning experience in a fast paced department with high expectations. Experience and knowledge of assessing is essential.
The successful candidate will have a subject degree; ideally have experience of teaching in the post-16 sector with a teaching qualification. Candidates will also have a good knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent.
