About the School

North Bridge House Nursey is an independent, co-educational establishment and part of Cognita Group, seeking to recruit an experienced, passionate and supportive Key Person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about nurturing young minds and shaping the early learning experiences of young children.

Day to day you will:

• Work effectively with children, helping them to develop and learn.
• Be a key worker to identified group of pupils.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining an excellent learning environment both inside and outdoors.

Weekly Work Schedule:

37.5 hours per week, working 36 weeks per year

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This is a Term Time role.

There is a possibility to work during holiday camps (at the employee's discretion). Additional pay is available for this.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working effectively in a high-quality nursery setting.
• The relevant Early Years Qualification
• Excellent initiative, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Drive, motivation, and a genuine passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children.
• Have a DBS on the update service or willing to do a new DBS
• Have the 'right to work' in the UK
