Dwight School Dubai is looking for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is ready to step into a middle leadership role as Early Years Leader, working with the Head of Lower School and the Early Years team to nurture a play-based and inquiry-led Early Years setting where young learners will thrive.

This position is for September 2023 start.

We are looking for someone who:    

  • Has expertise in and passion for teaching in the International Baccalaureate framework  
  • Is collaborative and will contribute to an ethos of teamwork and high standards  
  • Has a willingness to innovate     
  • Has an international outlook and values diversity and intercultural respect 
  • Experienced and highly skilled teacher that models outstanding Early Years provision. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strategies to develop inquiry-led learning, exploration, and conceptual learning.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and IB
  • Primary Years Programme (PYP) in an Early Years Setting.
  • IB teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Commitment and passion for teaching and assessment.
