You will:
- Be High School educated, degree preferred
- Possess recent successful experience of LA experience in Early Years
- Have a flexible approach with a can-do ethos, be driven to achieve results and possess boundless enthusiasm
- Have a diverse set of skills which will enable you to be flexible working both indoors and outdoors
- Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn
- Possess good levels of written and spoken English
- Be an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with young students
- Be a UAE National (Emirati)

Located on a new, modern, purpose-built campus, welcoming 18 classes (13 KG1 and 5 KG2 classes), Al Forsan KG School delivers the New York American Common Core Standards and UAE Ministry of Education Standards.

Al Forsan KG School - A Taaleem Charter School
As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students. The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors.
As part of this new initiative we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, with the aim of raising the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This increased to 6 schools from August 2021 and increased again in August 2022.
We are looking for conscientious and hard-working individuals who are passionate about Early Years education, committed to raising standards and want to make a difference to children and families. Although we follow the New York State Next Generation Early Learning Standards, knowledge of the American curriculum is not essential, as training will be provided.
